Turk’s in Minooka recently completed a Mazda 3 Collision Repair, to the left rear. While the body damage appears to be minor, (visibly showing a dent in the bumper and a broken tail light), often times the damage extends to the underlying sheet metal and parts.
During this Mazda 3 collision repair, hidden damage was found and repaired.
Plastic bumper covers are designed to flex and during impact they will get pushed inward, but then bounce back to their original shape to some degree. While observing a plastic bumper cover that was impacted, it may appear to have minor damage – yet behind the bumper there are various parts and structure that could have sustained damage as well.
